Upcycle Workshop: A Day of Creativity
Join me for an immersive, day-long upcycling class, where you'll learn a variety of techniques, such as decoupage, wallpapering, and applying metallic leaf. At the end of the day, you'll take home your very own upcycled side table!
Bring a Friend: Feel free to come solo or invite a friend for free!
 
What You'll Take Home: Your completed project table, any materials needed to finish, an upcycling coaster craft kit and newfound skills and enthusiasm for your upcycling journey.
 
Workshop Schedule
Arrival: Join us at 10:00 AM at my workshop in Taunton, Somerset for a quick chat and a cup of tea before we dive into creating.
Project Preparation: I will have the tables prepped (cleaned, sanded, and primed) so we can maximize our time.
Painting: We'll start with the first coat of your chosen paint colour on your table.
Techniques Exploration: While the first coat dries, we’ll explore additional techniques like gilding and decoupage on blank coasters.
Lunch Break: Please bring your own lunch. Before we break, you'll have time for a second coat of paint and to select a wallpaper top to apply in the afternoon.
Pacing: We’ll work at your own pace until 3:00 PM.
